Gretch--you're always in with me!

Damn, Yas! I used to do all that stuff, head stand, full lotus. Now I'm thrilled to pull upward bow. Yes, we shall Yoga!

Steve, the seller is having the land appraised. I'm getting my financial stuff together, planning a perk test (no city water yet), checking about water shed, etc. I'm selling some land back home in Lincoln County on May 15. Should be wrapping up around June 1 or so. My goal is to pay for the land, then build. I hope to be albe to get 5 acres, but will have to let the appraisal decide how much I buy. I really want to clear some of it and put in some picnic tables and have a little campground for my buds to come visit. I can get a dog too! I think it will be like being on vacation all the time!

Jesse, I wouldn't touch that Mickey Mouse line with a 10 foot stick clip!

Your welcome, Gretchen!
Your welcome, Gretchen! If you need a speech therapist..............

Dipsiwood? See, Lucinda, it's like this...when Dolly is in her apartment at Dollywood, she hangs her bra on the flagpole. No one would know I was home! Maybe I could hang my bootie wrappers!

I talked to my realtor today, and she thinks the land will be reasonable since there's no water and it's not viewing the lake. (Not yet, but I have some friends with rifles and those damn trees are asking for it! -- I'm kidding, Gretchen!) I think I will be able to see the little stream and the waterfalls! I can't believe this is actually happening!

Thanks, guys!
