I guess that is an appealling aspect of bouldering or soloing for that matter. No need to worry about a partner.

Just make sure if you go out alone, you take a very sharp knife with you and keep it on you.
I can't stand people that talk too much and don't like to put their hands in a crack.

Or like Howard Stern said the other day, " I wouldn't even HAVE a pen-knife, but I would probably have a cell phone so I could call someone and tell 'em where I was".

I think the worst thing that happens to me constantly, is driving to the red, then climbing in the same region and the same walls every time. I could probably walk the approach trails to Roadside and Emerald City, Lady Slipper, Global Village blindfolded, hands behind my back and backwards.
Though, if i were to go with just my girlfriend, I would probably get lost somewhere.
This season's goal: Visit entirely new walls to me and make the trip to the red at least every week or weekend.

Smtrad you need to go with team jedi. I recall resorting to crawling on all fours with a pack thru rodos last trip. The quality of the rock was well worth it.

Doesnt matter as long as you're capable of learning.
