its probably all a bluff anyway, they probably just figure that a letter from a lawyer will make odub back down. I am sure that any lawyer would know that this suit would not hold up in court, Dean became a public figure the second he sent his vidio to the news or got a segment in his first magazene. At this point though, Dean looks like a prick no matter what the outcome.

ha.. that's funny. feel good about that letter, odub. means that you're being heard. and of all the songs that people should be hearing, that should be at the top of the list. i'm with you 110% on all that.
and i don't think you were all that hard on him anyway. you do say, as i think a lot of people feel, that you're amazed by the act in the sense of the feat itself. but it's the fact that it got out. and i know he said that, before he did it, he didn't realize the problems it would create and that he hadn't taken that into account.. but come on! letting that get out would of course cause a problem.. especially there.. just need to use some common sense and look at the bigger picture (and the bigger picture ain't on youtube)
odub in not all roses wrote:solin' that arch with my camera crew
see i communicate with rocks
fact is delicate arch told me to jeopardized access...
now i ain't got a problem with self promotion
i just think the hypocrisy's overflowin'
why can't we be spiritual and peaceful
but still acknowledge that we're driven by ego
i'm truly amazed by the things that you do
but two days later it's all over youtube
doesn't that conflict with your philosophies?
you keep preachin' it.
that's what's botherin' me.
just in case you haven't heard it yet:

We'll see what becomes of all this.
Yeah... the dude is obviously a little insecure about something...
Thats all I'll say for now, except that to comply with their letter, I must stop profiting from it. So starting now, its a free download.
You can find it at
www.soundclick.com/odub , on the mp3 music page.
