This is Mike Doyle's page. He is the guy who did Lucifer last year. He also trains the Canadian Junior Natl Team.
I think, like Horst, he approaches training for climbing like a trainer first and a climber second- something that most of us do not do -"The best training for climbing is climbing- duh"

What is the definintion of a movement? In some of Mike's training he'll recommend say 60 movements and then rest. Then 60 more. I'm guessing its everytime you move your hands.
