I fired myself last summer for underbidding a deck. Unfortunately I had to hire myself back on to do the next job. Stupid jobs.

Hell, civilian life. Our "bosses" tell us we're "the biggest pussies to ever walk the face of the earth," "I don't care about your fucking knees, suck it up and drive on!" My boss comes from a military background. I think that's where he gets his leadership ideas. That shit really doesn't fly in the corporate world where we can just go get a job somewhere else. Leadership in the corporate world should be positive and non fear based.
