OK, here the best I've found so far:

Its pretty good, but I notice that it does not have some of the road I see on the coalition's topo map of the PMRP.

Hey, sorry I missed your post. PM me and let me know what format you want the data in. I've got in in Illustrator, and I have access to CAD software, but not GIS software.

I'll have to do some detective work to figure out where I got that boundary - I think it was a USGS .dlg file originally.
