while a tad pricy, my round trips from Chicago (ORD->ELP, ELP->DFW->ORD) ran around $280, at least El Paso has the major carriers coming in and out of it multiple flights a day.

i'll be there again March 2nd-5th and i'll want to send big and send hard... knee be damned.

Just some clean up from when I was there a couple years ago, then maybe try some new stuff. Would be nice to get a couple of the "classics" like center el murry, etc. Oh, and plan on putting in some time on the morgue this trip as well.

You have any good suggestions for v4-v7 ish?

things that i did/touched/saw the last time i was there, in december. all sweet movement or inspiring lines. all very cool.

North Mtn
See Spot Run (V6) - highball
Babyface (V7) - sweet...body tension
Center El Murray (V6)
Left El Murray (V6)
Mushroom Roof (V8 )
Mop Boys (V6) - endurance fest
Lobster Claw (V5)
King Cobra (V6) - squeeze!
West Mtn
Star Power (V5) - fun 'n pumpy
Crash Test Dummy (V7) - i *love* those first moves
East Mtn/Spur
Jigsaw Puzzle (V5) - climbs as sweet as it looks
Hobbit in a Blender (V5)
Dragonfly (V5)
Uncut Yogi (V6) - love the high heelhook/low toehook combo
Better Eat Your Wheaties (V8 ) - just great!
New Religion (V7) - one move wonder but really fun

...'course, avoid Daily Dick Dose (V7)...at least, the drop-knee variation.

i'm sure Merrick would have some awesome suggestions

Coolness - I have checked out a couple of those, and it is a nice list for sure. Thanks much. I tried Daily Dick Dose a couple times last time, but with the *chick* heel hook beta. Also, thinking about checking out chior boys maybe as well, though I think it is a bit harder then what I can do.

i was wondering the other day if i could just campus/front lever that first move... or maybe figure-4 it. that's the move that did my knee in (on the 3rd time sticking that hold).

Just shift your hands over one set of crimps (right hand on the normal left one), put a right heel on the right crimp, and pull off the ground, you can pause on a small crimp, or just go to the good hold. Watched several people send it that way.

...is changing the starting holds still doing the problem?

i think daily dick dose is my fav boulder problem ever and was going to recommend it... I also just gun for the first move (no drop knee or heel hook) try that beta there are some good smeary feet to push off of.
