So check this out- while I was in MN a guy introduced me to roasting my own coffee...It is the coolest thing- fresh coffee (consumend less than 10 days after roasting) is so freaking awesome. I'll never buy roasted beans again.
Also, green beans cost HALF of what roasted beans cost.

I haven't had any caffiene for over a month. I never thought that was remotely possible for me. I haven't even had the first headache! Pregnancy does the strangest things.

Here's something interesting- Last year I noticed that caffine has a significant negative effect on my personality. Anybody else suffer from this? But alas, I love coffee...I gave it up for about 8 months, then eased back into it. Nothing makes you so happy as to have caffine after not having it for so long.

I was forced to abstain from coffee for 5 weeks in rehab. A few weeks in I couldn't wait to go to "offcampus" AA meetings to drink real strong black coffee.
I usually keep it below 5 cups a day, which is good for me.
I think caffeine has a neutralizing effect on some anti depressants so when I drink more than 5 cups I just snort an extra Effexor. It usually balances out. 8)
