On heavily traveled routes,with the side-by-side set up, you will find that the left anchor constantly working loose. When you rap or lower the rope pulls (rotates) the hangers towards each other. The left side rotates counter-clockwise (loosen), the right clockwise. I like the over and under equalized system beter.
