It's sort of a stream of thought post. I applaud it. It doesn't have all the clutter brought about by forethought and syntax.

I take the chalk out of my chalkbag in the winter and fill it with little powdered doughnuts. It's better to weight train for endurance when I'm the added weight - tastes better too. :)

Mmmmm. Licking my fingers after the little powdered donuts!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.
