That's actually really good beta if you're looking to get spanked on .12s. Meadows and I had a blast getting our asses handed to us on Saturday.

We did send Tuna Town the 5th bolt! Of course, the 12 part doesn't kick in until after.

Why would you try to send a .12 when you haven't done a base of .10s or .11s???? That's the dumbest shit I've ever heard! Just pick out a couple of .12s where there are some easier warm-ups and get your "ass blasted" as Yas put it. After you've been on some harder routes (or easier .12s like Soul Ram
) it will kinda' put the .11s into perspective. Also, don't forget to develop a huge ego and crappy attitude and you'll be well on your way to being an elite climber.....? Spread the aloha.

Just cause you climb harder (elite) routes.....roots doesn't mean your ego is an issue.
Example: some rad youth just did two 5.14a's in the same day or should i say same hour. This kid, dude, young gentelmen, is about as cool and unimposing as you could imagine. So are his friends who crank hard. We just climb. Usaully average climbers ASSUME elite climbers have ego issues, but generally (there are exceptions, and we all have moments) we justy climb! A Lot!
It is good to get on things harder then you normally send, because it makes you stronger and smarter.....So go for it! Whenever or wherever you can!
About Yas having her ass "handed" ........well that's another issue?
