I'm not Charlie...but I did this route last February/March. I took 2 pieces bigger than size 2 (BD) & was fine...a #3 & #4 Camalot. I hate lugging big gear, unless I am really planning to use it.

For the first bulge/overhang, Beware: We spent a good bit of time (with two nut tools, some tape & a stick) retrieving some unfortunate climber's seriously walked-in #1 camalot.

Make sure to pull the 2nd overhang (or is it actually the first? It's the intimidating one). Better then going left and some good holds once you get into it with good, solid gear at the roof.
