If you go to the rrgcc web site, they have an article about the gates being locked up again. The restrainging order that made them take them down is no longer working to keep the gates open and the signs down. It didnt do us anygood because the cause we couldnt climb on the land at the time when the gates were open.

there is nothing in that article about the gates having been re-erected or the signs having been put back up. The reference to the gates and signs is historical, from when they originally went up.

I can see Eagleman's mistake, but aren't you supposed to be some kind of spokesman for the RRGCC, Vic?

I concentrate on keeping climbers informed. There is a lot more information coming your way shortly about the MPP and the RRGCC. In the meantime, should you need any other information, feel free to email the RRGCC at info@thered.org

Currently, the RRGCC asks that you refrain from climbing at the Murray Property. This information is made available to climbers in following locations:
Email (E-Co Newsletter)
Miguel's (RRGCC Kiosk)
Web site (www.rrgcc.org)

If you have a doubt (any doubt) about the MP, please feel free to email the RRGCC at: info@thered.org

Okey-dokey. In case there is any confusion, the gates are still down/open. I don't expect that to change unless the judge orders otherwise.

Maybe I'm confused about what's called "Fixer Road" but from what I've been calling Fixer, you couldn't see the gates. Wouldn't you have to be on "Bald Rock Fork Rd."?
