my endurance is finally up!!!!!!!! hooray for me.
i think i might go to emerald city and military this weekend and see how much i can do.

Emerald City? Working a bunch of slab/vert climbs won't do anything to test your endurance. Go to Torrent and do Bare Metal Teen.

My training has definatley paid off, more beer and I'm not climbing any worse than I was before.

I only climbed cracks today, so it remains to be seen if my gamecube and dreamcast training has improved my grip strength.

It appears that yes all of my gym work outs paid off. Went to NC for some down time and hit the boulders at Blowing Rock. If I'm reading the guide online correct I sent a V4 (The Fin on the Mushroom boulder, 2+ grades harder than anything else I've done) made the opening moves on a V5 (Roof of Death on 5.10 Backside) and was shut down on another V4 (Harvester of Sorrows on 5.10 Backside).

note: screw this dirt bag crap, give me a room with a hot tub please.
