since SCIN has generously agreed to let the results of this poll determine if JH would be allowed back, I think those of you who have been protesting his banning should agree in turn to STFU about it if the results indicate that he should remain banned. I'm sick of hearing about it. I suspect I'm not the only one.

personally, i could think of a lot more evil things to say than what he posted. he was being baited all day, and then he let people have it. if jh is banned, i think you should ban all the other people that day that were giving him shit. you know who you are.

I don't think anyone is "rallying" to have hime reinstated Chester. I don't like his crap either. If SCIN wants him banned, then let him be banned. No one will miss all his ramblings and inflammatory statements. My point is that, like HF, stated, that all kinds of vile crap has been stated before and those people are still here. I support whatever SCIN thinks is appropriate. I will now STFU.

I'm willing to put up with a lot of shit as long as the person stirring up the shit has some interesting insight and climbing experience. J.H. was a freakin' beginner climber with little to no experience and therefore never had anything interesting to say about CLIMBING. Don't forget....regardless of all the shit that goes on in the board, my main intent for it is good old fucking rock climbing at the red river gorge.

This doesn't mean we get rid of anyone who doesn't have some interesting input. I don't give a shit WHAT anyone talks about. It just means that even if you are the biggest shithead in the world (Stronghandman) as long as you are offering some interesting insight (negative OR positive) into climbing then I'm more likely to put up with shit.

I agree.

Not only do I not miss the guy, I enjoy this site more now that he is gone. Granted, I've seen some really nasty stuff posted here, but I'll echo ray's comment: he had nothing valuable to say, his only function was to piss people off.
I'll wager a buck that he's now onto another message board trying the same stuff.

I don't miss him or his crap one bit. This is a climbing web site right and I've seen J.H. "climb" and trust me he ain't no climber. Lets move on.
