The way I remember it from Pocket Wall (not roadslide, keep up) was repeated breakin reports from everyone -- climbers, mountain bikers, atv'ers. The ATV crowd has a lot of pull around the Zachariah / Beattyville area since it's a big source of revenue and many of them ARE locals. If the breakin's continue I'd doubt the fuzz will have a choice.

As to the break-ins, I'm CERTAIN that the local law enforcement would arrest someone caught in the act of a crime - it is their obligation. However I am equally certain they aren't going to be highly motivated to stake out the parking area for the Motherlode.. I think climber vigilence is going to be key here.

Yeah I like music a lot and I do have a music budget. You can say I have a substantial collection. It's always been pretty big but the years with my ex who was a hippy chic singer / flat picker probably helped diversify it a bit. Now, I just need a 40gb iPod, among other things.
