Yeah people, stop jumping on J.H. as soon as he posts something. Try to see that he is asking honest questions that interest him. You have a person with tenacity and determination interested in joining the CC. If you're just going to try and rile him up then keep quiet or find something else to do.

Oh steering...

I thought he justed wanted his questions answered. Maybe if someone would just answer his questions directly without slipping in a remark or two this could remain a civil thread. I'd answer them, but I honestly don't know the answers.

maybe if J.H. would stop stirring up so much trouble intentionally, his serious posts would be taken seriously. No one here owes him anything, and I know I'm not going to enter into what appears to be yet another baiting attempt on J.H.'s part no matter how serious he claims to be. I don't believe him.

well I don't see that as an answer. So like I said, someone should answer him or keep quiet. I don't think he was looking for opinions in this particular post.

So how about it? Anyone who is "in the Know" care to state what is and what is not?

JH go back through some of the old threads. I believe one is titled “Weird Vibes’ Shannon, Johnny and I passionly debated many of these issues. This may not answer all your questions, but many of these issues have been previously discussed.

I've been there, I was on the board when that was going on.I've read it and You,true north were asking some vague and open-ended questions. It was kind of like you were working hand in glove to let SSS have the floor and say what she wanted to say. My questions are on point questions. They are not vague at all. Most can be answered with a yes or a no. Very little explaining. Although some explanation would be nice.

By the way you'all are beating around the bush, it seems to me your trying to avoid J.H.'s questions. Now I've always thought that the RRGCC has held itself to a higher standard than this. Not to say that there are actually any RRGCC "workers" or "members" on this site... but if you are paying money to an organisation shouldn't you be able to answer the simple questions J.H. is asking. I even asked a question, "What does the RRGCC do", so I wouldn't be stuck at the "uh, I don know?", and still there is no answer. You people are sending off a bad vibe to climbers about the RRGCC... if your not associated with them then why are you saying stupid shit?! I would imagine that someone who actually is an "associate" of the RRGCC would be able and willing to answer these simple questions. Anyone like that around here? Can you imagine what kind of message this is sending to the rest of the world, a website dedicated to climbing in Red River Gorge and no one can answer what the highly respected local climbing advocates are about?

Please answer these simple Gumby Advocate's questions and end this stupid pissing contest.
