I know how to speak some Clif and think I can translate... I think he was saying climbers take without giving back, and doubly take without giving back.

i think 90,000+/year is unjustifiable. 'entitled' or accountable w/transparency. i can't say where complaining starts and describing the specifics ends, but if people can climb and park for free, not join the access fund AND feel ostracized because they aren't choirboys, whatever big corporate money choses the 'compromising elements' will overwhelm.
if that's clear from the beginning, sorry to prolong the obvious.
