they both sound pretty selfish and whiney to me. If entitlement to a climbing rout drives you to cut in line or even worse, suckerpunch someone then Go Home. we don't want you

If you give a man a match, he'll be warm for a minute. If you set him on fire, he'll be warm for the rest of his life!

What route was it?... i'm thinking about climbing to the second bolt, going direct, then hanging out all day on Saturday just in case they show up.
...wouldn't it be funny to walk up to a crag and just find someone all alone direct to a bolt? (reading a book or something, like totally casual)
And on the third day, God created the Red River Gorge(by conjecture), and he saw that it was good.

Its where two fags met. One for punching and the other for letting him get away with it.

Now that would be some funny shit. you could do it on any number of routes Saturday and probably cause a fight.

They would be the best, come up on a crag with someone around the fourth bolt, camera in hand, taking photos of birds. Everytime some talks to you, just sshhh them and them start doing bird calls, all day long. :)

I can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday or Sunday! We should invite the Central Kentucky Bird Watchers out sometime. I'll bet they would pay for the chance to get a birds eye view!
