I never said you didn't think yoga would work, i just said you shot the idea down quickly, all i said was that any doctor who told you it wouldn't is full of shit, for the record. i am glad your superior intelligence was there to set me straight, thanks doc.
Hey Yoga Nazi,
Ok, you are now repeating a circular argument here... Again you state that any doctor who tells a patient that yoga wouldn't help is full of shit. Again, I will state your statement is just plain stupid. You have absolutely no idea of what his problem is, yet you go back to your "Hey, just do yoga... it will fix it!" Obviously my superior intellect has not set you straight as you continue with that same argument. At this point, I don't think you will "get it", so lets just agree to disagree. And when you get back pain that is coming from cancer, make sure you double up on your yoga sessions to make sure it cures that too...

Then try 1-2 yoga exercises and do them for 15 mintues. I swear you'll feel better.

Used to happen a lot to me, but now it's once in awhile. Chiropractor for a quick fix and yoga stretching for prevention (P90x Stretch vid works every bit of your back - Ebay). Also for prevention - get the belay glasses.
