Do we need an external incentive to create and evolve? Don't get me wrong, this perfect world in my head is a long way off. But if the people involved in the process of manufacturing and transporting the bolts have this mindset, and know how many other people will love and benefit from what they are doing, that is all the incentive they need.

People don't have to continue contributing to the corporate slave state. We can all do what the hell we want if we take back control of the production our fundamental elements of survival. From there, with the use of the free (or nearly free) energy generating technology that already exists, we won't be limited by anything. It just takes enough people changing their state of mind.

except for the 5 billion people that nearly free energy can not sustain

Take away the corporations and that bolt in the wall just wouldn't exist. Who would mine the ore just for the good vibes they get? Who would turn that ore into the high grade steel required just because it was the chill thing to do? Who would take it to the crag to find that mellow dude with the hammer drill (which was put together in the same karmic fashion)?

Land isn't just stuff... it's you're home, you're space, you're place to feel free.
There's way too many flaws in your 'perfect society' model... People are different, some are lazy and others ambitious. Some greedy or and others benevolent. It's the human in us and it's not gonna change.

it's true! this capitalism game has yielded a hedonistic society that squanders the world's finite resources.
so enjoy! EAT that wild fish--it will be extinct soon enough. DRIVE that big-ass car--because your mirror opposite who was born in tibet will never get the choice. and LEAVE those lights on--what better way to celebrate electricity than to burn it all up while there's still some burnin' to be done?
take advantage. seize the day. live like a glutton.
just don't bitch about gay marriage, abortion, or any other retarded topic. because that crap makes people look stupid.
