Actually, the 15th might work now. I'm trying to move the Muir group to the weekend prior.

also, if anybody has access to some rebar(at least 15" or longer) or some of those green metal fence posts that would be awesome.

Anybody have a manual rebar cutter that we could use for the trail day? The type with the bender would come in handy. I have a bunch of 5/8" rebar heading down.

I've got about a dozen chunks of rebar that meet your requirements in addition to some other junk metal (mostly hollow square tubes 1" or so wide). They are the leftovers from one of Driskell's prior Roadside traildays that somehow got stuck with me. I will bring what I've got.

Dang, kneebar. I don't know whether to take that as a compliment or not.

went and previewed the trail yesterday, beautiful day first off and the feeling of peace and quiet out at the darkside was both comforting and needed. a necessary step in the healing.

with that said, the work we will be doing won't be super bad and the more folks that can help the faster we will get done and be climbing and on our way to partying!!

there will be swag, a raffle, and drunken mayhem!!!

don't forget - the trail day is THIS SATURDAY :-D

9am at darkside - or meet @ miguels at 8:30 to carpool. there's no official person organizing the carpooling, though.

should be a fun time for all!!!
