Awesome work. This is the type of thing that make you proud.

Have discussed the project with the Forest Service and they have it under review. Should know something back within a week. They said it would be best to keep our group size under 10.

I have a simpson strongtie Set 22 glue gun. You guys can use it if need be. I also have access to hangers

I have a Hiliti Glue Gun. I beleive it takes all standard cartridges. They are about 100 dollars so use mine if needed.

Rick has one also.

I think glue needs 50 degrees temps

really nice day down here in central NC, got me thinking.

so, is there any chance that this effort could be coordinated with the Roadside Day April 3 (i think) ? it's just that driving 7 hours and being in early season shape it'd be nice to work a few routes and then ease into some trail work or drilling. if i could justify two days off (+weekend and w/good weather) pitching in two part days helping out would be about perfect.

Just posted a long reply and it didn't go.
It's goin down this year, however long it may take is how long it'll take and as far as when to start, as soon as weather is good, and water is low enough to cross the river.
