Actually we were there Sunday the 28th and I think the rope might have already been cut by then (if that helps narrow it down.) I'll check with the people I was with to try to confirm. I definitely don't remember seeing it down near the ground.

Edit: Yeah, the line was there, and cut, by the time we got there around noon that Sunday.
