I have done swimming.i really like to do swimming.It is a healthy workout and good for health.Swimming is good for weight lose and cardio.It is good for lungs.I suggest everyone to do swimming regularly.

Swimming is very effective for health and has many good benefits. Because the best thing in swimming is that it is a good source of developing muscles and it makes you fit and strong and the best exercise.
