Umm... what bearing would the RC thread have on the fact that none of the people on here ever fall on their gear?

The old aliens I own have a port hole on the metal tube the wire inserts into to know the brazing filled the tube full. I also noticed the wire used is different on the older alien cams. The wire on the older cams look much more stout with many more strands per wrap on the wire. The photos with the wire failure are of the newer/weaker looking wire. The photo of the broken stem base have the old (stronger looking wire). The older alien cams also have more bazing material that can be seen making a larger fillet at the termination of the stem. Just some observations.
