I'm absolutely anti bouldering as an end in itself (for me). I see it as a means to an end. If it weren't for the fact that I get hurt every time I climb at Climb Time, but I've never so much as tweaked a tendon bouldering outside, then I wouldn't be asking this question.

However, in the name of reaching 5.14 by 40, I'd do well to gain power. So this winter, its bouldering on weekends, power endurance during the week.

Its all about the training. I need something that takes me more than a few tries, and I don't want to just pick some random V9's. I'd rather know the good ones...

Hey Kris,

Everything mentioned above seems really cool, defintely haven't been on all of them, but seen most of them done.

I have not seen anything that flows more smoothly and looks more badass than Skywalker at Horse Pens.

Go to HP, grab a bottle of Makers and try every problem V6 and below after sun set. you will not be able to move your arms for 2 days. Its so much fun you will have a blast.

Skywalker is really good!!! The traverse beginning is a little odd, but flows nicely into the picturesque face and top out.
