for the families, and those of us who hurt and question and fear, a prayer:

The Lord bless you and keep you;
The Lord make his face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The Lord lift up his countenance upon you,
And give you peace.

...such beautiful people.

I'm so deeply saddened.
My family sends all warmth and healing energy to Ben and Laura's families.

This is an absolutely heart-wrenching accident. Its always sad to lose a fellow climber, especially when they are so young. I'm sorry to say i did not know Laura, but it will be weird not seeing Ben around the shop.

My heart goes out to all their friends of family, and you will all be in my prayers!

It is truly tragic to lose two members of our community in this way. My condolences and prayers go out to the families and especially to everyone at Miguel's who knew them and who worked with Ben.

he was one of the nicest if quietest guys there. always had a smile, always looked for me before calling out my name on a pizza, always nodded his head when i walked by.

very sorry to hear this, for their families and for those who brought him into their family here at the red.

this is a lost for us all. for those who will be around those affected by this (especially the crew at miguel's), offer them a hug, condolence, a dinner, a night to just hang out.. they'll need you now.

Didn't know them well, but the photos make their vibrant spirits shine.

I remember the face, the smile, the talent.
Such young and dear souls, bless them and their families.
Their presence will be greatly missed.

There are people you come across in life that warm your heart. Wise souls understand the true measure of wealth is the effect your presence has on the world and the lives you touch, even if it's just for a minute. Ben was one of those wise souls and every smile I got from him was a treasure.

I miss him and Laura already and my heart goes out to everyone else that's missing their blessings.
