Patriotism and climbing are not inherently tied. :roll:
If an African native loves climbing in the US, are they then lacking patriotism for their country because of traveling?
I climb here, because I am here. Don't have a shit to do with patriotism. Go back to the military, patriotism is big there.

Joe the Climber lives! Behind Miguels I believe....and many of us could qualify for that title. Dirtbags unite, and keep up the lifestyle with no job prospects in the near future.

Yu know in the next war( aka Terminator and machines, etc.) we the climbers will sort of be the best survivors; kind of in a 10th. Mt.Division sort of way with our skills. So we got that going for us.

Most "climbers" I see at the crags would die quickly if they were forced to survive in the wild. You can't eat quickdraws.
