Can't wait, I have been wondering when it was going to open.

Which model(s) are available to rent? Finding my old guns would probably be impossible.

I am sure if pippen played once, he'd be hooked, and hes obviously never been the the slew of trinket shops that line the path to miguel's. But as Driskel said, what are the prices, gun models, etc. I need to know how much cash to bring.

Pippen,

Where are your viable suggestions for RRO as an alternative? If you have none then a several thousand dollar donation is suggested.

I fail to see the problem, RRO provides a venue for an activity that many choose to participate in (like climbing). The venue itself does not significantly damage the land and, in this case, actually provides a means of long term preservation of at least one parcel of land (the enviromental impact is likely less than the cliff base impact of climbing). The activity itself actually encourages ... ACTIVITY ... something that seems to be generally lacking in our society and will, ultimately, benefit the Tacketts whose support of the local economy as well as of climbing has been exemplary. Additionally the development of this sort of activity provides other local developers a model for their development that uses and preserves the enviroment. Other developmental models currently in use in the Gorge region include:

Bizarre tourist endeavors
Clear cutting timber
Strip mining
Oil and gas drilling
Trash disposal for the North East
Selling it off a piece at a time (think they'll let you climb, I think not)

take your choice ...

Again do you have a reasonable, affordable and profitable proposal ... I await your response.

Bob

Yes, OMFG really. I guess there are a lot of things I could say, but don't really think it is worth the time other then that you are probably not all that much fun to hang around anyway, and won't be missed. You might think about not coming to the red for a few years in protest.

/me already looking at buying some personal paintball gear...
