Climbing Photo Thread V. III
Am I the only one around here who's bothered by no legends on photos?
Some photogs say the hardest part of their job is not taking the picture but getting the names of the people in those pictures. Some outfits have the photogs write their own captions, that can be interesting. My sister used to write and edit the legends in Natty Geo articles. People on staff just to write and edit a photo caption?! So anyway, cough up the name of routes, climbers, crags, countries, etc when you post pics.
Lilke on that first pic of Blake:
Its not what you climb, its how you look. rockman, looking stunning in a lime green number, does a number on Route X at Crag Y in the Red River Gorge.

I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

That's ok, neither are many of the 'journalists' these days.Wes wrote:Steve, I am not very good at the journalism part of photo-journalism, and never really try that hard at it either.
Thanks for the photo beta. Guess it was just another one of my Monday morning rambling rants. Does the etc cover what galaxy Blake's in? At least a route name from time to time for the less traveled lame wades like myself would be nice.
