I wish I were, Jeff.
The gates were torn down....not by the Murrays, not by Charmagne Oil, and not by any authorities. I just can't believe someone could actually feel they had the right to get involved in this way.

Hell, it could have been the ATV "Enthusiasts" and Jeepers. They are back there just as much as we are. I just can't believe that a climber or group of climbers would do it.

Unfortunatly, it was bound to happen. There are alot of differant groups that seem to use that area. I hope that it doesn't throw a wrench in the whole works.

HA! Now THAT would've been GOOD!

For real though, that's just what I heard...that the gates were torn down or bulldozed down with a truck or something. Whatever the case may be, the gates are down and it wasn't by the force of the Murrays or the will of Charmagne Oil.

Are you saying that more than one gate has been torn down? I know of only one gate that was down and it was at the Solar Collector road. It was torn down late Sunday afternoon. It was back up Monday morning. Now....... are you saying tht more gates have been torn down?

I didn't see the gates when they were up and and I haven't seen them since they've been down. All I know is what I posted.

i was hoping to go to the southern region last weekend until i found out it was CLOSED, and i have never been there, and im hoping soon i will be able to if those damn gates go down, and i would have to go with jh on this topic damn those oilmen, even if they are trying to make a good living, they cant just gate public roads
