Are the organizers of this event aware that the bluegrass cycling club's red river ralley is the same weekend. Climbers need to be made aware that there will be cyclist on the roads.

I don't know if any of the powers noticed but the said schedule doesn’t give the days or times that things are going on. It might be nice if you guys could let the rest of us know some of the details of things like times and days that events are going to take place. Yes, I realize that if people were willing to page through all of the forums on this site they could find most of these things out but lets not forget that we are climbers and most of us don't take notes and are to lazy to re-read all of the posts. :)
You did ask for suggestions right?

I'm not one of the "powers", but if you go to http://www.rrgcc.org/roctrip_events.php and then click on the schedule link there, a pdf file will download to your computer with days and times for almost everything (except for the breakfast on Sunday :? )
