So in your words, people speak before they think, without any more than basic knowledge of a subject and a personal opinion, based on raw emotion and the misplaced aggression used to attack anyone who does'nt agree with them. Actually, he probably just reads Ayn Rand's non fiction and is looking for a place to spout it off.
But I could be wrong. His statement is just about directly out of the first chapter of her book 'philosophy, who needs it.'
In it, she defines each of these terms, and about how they apply to everyone but her (despite the fact that her work is full of them).

Atlas Shrugged is one of my favorite books of all time, but I'll admit that the 50-page monologue at the end was horribly painful. I stuck it out, but damn... it could have been reduced to about 1/10 of its length and said all it needed to say.
