Just trying to get a handle on the "attitudes".....
Maine..why is your attitude better than Jimmy Dean's attitude? Quoting spragwa's statement..."Unfortunately it is compiled of human beings."..WHAT???? Does Spragwa expect the dogs to do the work??
I am starting to see the complete lack of logic......
RRGCC
Your interpretation of self importance shows that you're an insecure human being.
The posts on this website alone by every single person wreaks of self importance. You are posting here because you think people want to know what you think.
Otherwise, you'd be writing in your journal.

Re: untouchables call elitist
That was your idea of importance NOT mine.jimmydean wrote:Poor poor untouchables. The only ones that call someone elitist are the ones that will never be able to touch what the so-called "elitists" do, or think about doing.
I am out of this. If you cannot acknowledge that there have been some serious PR issues with the RRGCC that's your problem. Not mine.
Again unless this attitude is corrected the RRGCC will never have the support that it could have. You should be trying to change my mind not confirming my thoughts!
Changing minds
Changing a fools mind would be a fools challenge.
Your mind is set.
I'm not trying to change your mind, I'm trying to get you to see that I agree that people need to step to the plate and help. What I'm not agreeing to is that there has been any intention from anyone up to this point to exclude anyone that truly wants to help.
These are classic complaints from all volunteer groups out in the U.S. if not the world.
You are being critical of things you really don't have first hand knowledge of, and there are people that have been putting their guts into saving climbing in the red and I'm asking you to respect that.
Of course, mistakes have been made. More and more will be made. But if you want to have anything to do with the progress, you have to be part of it, not sit back and criticize it.

Well now, JimmyDean, if, indeed, EVERY SINGLE PERSON who posts here "wreaks of self importance", I suppose that includes you too.
And, did you mean to say "posts... wreak of..." rather than "posts...wreaks of..." Or maybe you really meant "reek" instead of "wreaks." Please clarify. Do our posts "wreak" in a way to "inflict", or do they "reek", because they give off a strong offensive smell?
(By the way, we love your sausage products!)
