I think it is a DAVE 12c. Looks like there is a lot of traffic going 4 ft right of the bolt line, but I saw dave climb it and the route he intended is to the left of the bolts for most of it. It is blank going to the anchors.
P2U, I think you would like it, but it is in the Shade all day. Might be bad timing for the route.

If it's the one I'm thinking of, you have to go way past the anchors (as in at your sac) to get a good clipping hold
