If you are not armed to the teeth and have at least a year's worth of supplies stored and have alternate locations and rondevous locations already in place. You are going to be a victim in a big way. The corn crop this year failed. Food prices are going through the roof and they are dumbing down the value of money as we speak. QE2 will turn into QE3 ect...ect.. actually a good thin to have would be whiskey and tobacco. Both have been used for bartering for centuries.

♦One major question on the table is to whom or to what (corporations are not people!) the tax burden will shift. This will be answered in the next 4 years. Taxes will have to go up under the next POTUS. I think Obama is more likely to discontinue the Bush tax cuts for the upper 10%. Is it fair that people as wealthy as Romney has been paying a 14% tax rate?
♦ Another big question is who is more likely to diminish the fraction of the GNP that goes toward defense. Our military spending is not sustainable. It is grinding the USA down. It is also simply unnecessary.
- These are the two ways the USA can decrease the National Debt. The more we do with one the less we have to do with the other, but it is likely best to shift a greater tax burden toward corporations and put a fair tax burden on the wealthy while closing loopholes, and decrease military spending.
- Despite vague opinions to the contrary Obama has done a pretty good job. I don't like the fact that we are still in Afghanistan, but he has made statements to the effect that he is committed to ending that spree during the next term to focus on domestic issues.

Did Obama enact the poor-as-hell-then-no-pay component of the American tax code???? Would Romney repeal it??? Regarding your question to me: I guess if you are below the poverty line it is fair that you pay no income tax. Why?: How much blood can you squeeze out of this stone? Have you ever tried to sue someone who has no money? It does not work. Taxing the very poor would be the functional equivalent of criminalizing their very existence, because they couldn't and wouldn't pay. The administrative-judicial overhead of taxing the very poor would end up costing more than the taxation brought in. I guess one just has to think a couple steps beyond one's anger.
