Pretty much the same, though no glucosamaine or L-Glut. I do take Eleuthero as well.
And, Jesse, this stuff doesn't make you stronger on it's own (even steriods don't do that). It generally allows you to recover quicker and more completely so you can train again sooner or at higher intensities.

May as well leave out the Red Bull. Most people (99%) don't train hard enough to justify the sugar carb expenditure. It just goes to fat.
