I think forumnazi is the term you're looking for.

Sure it will. It works just fine for the photo thread, the link thread, the what are you drinking thread, etc. Oh, you all will whine and complain about censorship and all that for a couple days, but it will work out.

Well, of course, any discussion is potentially political, is it not? So I kind of thought having these discussions in the SUCK form worked pretty well. After all, nothing sucks like politics. Still, if you looked at the activity on these threads, they were pretty hot, so somebody must have been enjoying them. Not me, of course, I'm really kind of above all that stuff. :) Sort of transcendent, really.

I'm in with having a political forum, not a thread. But, is it really that offensive to have political discussions on the SUCK forum? Wes says he wants these political discussions to stop, so instead of an outright ban, he makes these discussions unworkable, seriously, I wonder what that's all about.

the only problem I see is that different topics come up all the time and it would be hard to keep them straight on one thread. I don't often contribut because its apparent that these old crusties read about this stuff a lot more than I do, but I do read them all and the articles posted and at least feel better informed as a result
