Got out for the first time in a couple months. We took it easy, but but felt good for what we got on. I'm not in "project shape" but in shape enough to start getting out, and hope to get there in a month or two.

Cool deal Pigsteak, I've been on one of "big Daddy's" jobs and have not talked to Greg since Mon. sure hope they can work a deal :D

I did a 50K off the couch a couple of weeks ago, so I should be climbing 12c off the couch noooo problem. I will crush this year.

It's funny, when I lived in Cincy I used to think there was a "season" for climbing. Little did I know that most of the times when we had 5 inches of snow on the ground up there it was gorgeous in the Red. It's amazing the difference in weather patterns between here and there. We climbed more this winter than any winter before and I think I'm in better shape than I was in the fall because of it.

i went out this weekend, had all the power i needed from gym climbing but no endurance!
