hell no, 50 is the new 49 anyway- I'll be 51 two days later- wonder what was in the water back in the summer of 56???

I'll never forget when this young lady started climbing at the first indoor gym in our area ... not CT, not RQ ... but the old Withrow Gym @ Miami U. ... she quickly surpassed me in the grades and soon I came to look to appreciate her as a great coach.

Happy birthday!!! I'll definitely be there for the party & maybee my elbow will finally be good enough after your advice to get back on the plastic.

I am not sure of the true definition of "crusty"...
