Latest and Greatest...Don is doing well. He is really excited about how is surgery went and that he has already noticed that his pain (other than the surgery site) is gone. He has made a couple of laps around the hallway, with his sister and the IV stand in tow...he asked her to speed up some! His Dr. came in this morning and stated that the surgery went "exceptionally well...and should be back to going back up and down those ropes in no time!" His only problem right now is that he has the "morphine itch" going on pretty bad...but his magic wand (aka...back scratcher) is his new best friend.
He wanted to say "Thanks for all of the well wishes and hopes to see everyone soon"...ESPECIALLY on his climbing wall in the garage. He figures if he can't climb, he can atleast stand around in the garage and spray beta!

I'm sure it's a relief to have the anticipation of the knife over with.
He is glad that the knife part is over with, but...he woke up from anethesia falling off of Seek the Truth at the fourth bolt...that makes 21 attempts!
