Ingredients:
1 Man Sausage,
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
2 egg whites.

Mix egg whites and oil together until you get a nice consistency.
Gingerly massage oil/egg mix onto Man Sausage until you get a nice cream sauce.
Collect up the cream sauce and mix in with egg/oil mixture.
Garnish with basil, season to taste, then enjoy.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan (One of G's favorites - easy, calorie laden, delicious)

**Reduce this for the number of people
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
7 ounces seasoned bread crumbs
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
12 ounces pasta sauce
6 slices Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Pour beaten eggs into a shallow dish or bowl. In another shallow dish or bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Dip chicken breasts into beaten egg, then into bread crumb mixture to coat.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add coated chicken and saute for about 8 to 10 minutes each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Pour tomato sauce into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Add chicken, then place a slice of Monterey Jack cheese over each breast, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.

Try the Progresso soups ,Ho. Tasty, and only one pan. Big chunks of stuff in there not crap like all the other soups. Have a sandwich with a bowl of hot soup. Great stuff on cold days.

Here's one of your favorite high calorie recipes.

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1/2" cubes
1 medium onion chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon veg. oil
2 cans (15 1/2 oz each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
2 cans (4 oz each) chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup sour cream (8 oz)
1/2 cup whipping cream

In large saucepan saute chicken onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add beans, broth, chilies and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in sourcream and cream. Serve immediately. Yield: 7 servings

For dinner, grill up your favorite salmon wrapped in tin foil with a dollop of butter some salt and a few shots of bourbon, mashed taters and grilled asparagus on the side. mmmm.
For lunch the next day, take a soft mexican tortilla, spread some cream cheese (my favorite is the herb and vegetable cream cheese) over the tortilla, then fill with fresh avocado, and finally wrap in any left over salmon from the night before. Now you are ready to go to the crag with a tasty lunch, and very easy too. Fills you up but won't slow you down.

Get some chicken breast, red onion, green and red peppers, garlic, can of store spaghetti sauce, bottle of spicy bbq sauce, hot sauce, and some spaghetti.

Put some oil in a wok and heat it up. Add the garlic, onions and pepers, stir fry til the onions are clear. Add the chicken and some spices (curry, cumin, paprika, pepper, etc) and cook til the chicken in done. While doing that , put the spaghetti sauce and about half a bottle of bbq sauce in a pot. Maybe add some honey and/or some hot sauce if you want. Heat til it is hot, then mix in the stuff from the wok. Let is cook on low while making the spaghetti. You can also just mix the sauces into the wok if you don't want to use another pot.
