What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

Yeah, I'll never forget the gut wrenching feeling knowing we were going to have to walk 6 miles out of there in the dark...in January...with my son asking me how much longer every five minutes. And how that feeling got worse everytime that car load of "those people" drove past us. I wouldn't have gotten in the car with them even if there was room.dipsi wrote:Actually, my keys.....long, long walk out....Dueling Banjos....caribe wrote:Err . . . That day goes in the, "Adventures With Dipsi," chapter in my book!
I climbed at the O&W wall with Jeff Noffsinger a year ago and it was really good. We were working on freeing the aid climb, Virtigo. It is a really cool wall with a lot of climbing on it.
The Dixie Cragger has some climbs in it. We also climbed at the Blue Harring area on the Kentucky side and it was good also. Mostly a lot of sport climbing.
Most the the BSF is adventure climbing. If you are willing to hike around you will find a lot of good stuff.

I don't have haters, I have fans in denial.
