Just for historical purposes I would like to know the proposed grade of said 2 illegal sport routes.

I guessed 11's ,just looking at them. I found them when I climbed Synergy 3 or 4 years ago. My feeling still is like Merrick said. They are there and not hurting anyone. Maybe they are better routes than Synergy and make it worth the hike over there. I didn't know the FS knew about them. There were no bolts on Synergy then either wich makes me wonder. I liked Laceration and a couple routes right of there better, but finding your way out from that side can become an epic. I also found a WTOK looking off fingers crack on the entrance side but couldn't find it again the next time I went out there.

Those bolts were there at least 8 years ago.

I say let seapickle lead 'em, and call them FA's.

pickle-tickle and picklepants would make excellent route names.

Maybe, but I expect you and Eric to carry me back there anyway. And then, after you've served me an ice cold beverage and fed me a hot meal, I'd expect you to haul my butt up the wall so I can enjoy the view.

On the illegal routes, I wouldn't chop them or publish them, putting them in the online guide would make them appear legitimate and create more traffic to them.

Slightly overhanging, shallow pockets and fairly long. Sound acurate? 2 routes beside each other.

Chop em' if you want to keep people from doing more routes that are illegal. Don't chop em if you don't care.

I saw the bolts there in 96.

If I remember correctly, there was also a rope hanging from one of the routes...

Ah, the philosophical question of the day.
