Dude, all he did was hide out in a sinkhole for hours and then shoot the guy dead with a sniper rifle. Man 2 is a very harsh punishment, seeing as how there clearly was no intent.

Well, Ragland was pretty cunning. Would it have really mattered this much if Trent DiGiuro wasn't a football star/god/celebrity? If he wasn't I'd say this whole thing would have been much smaller of a deal... Anyway... A guilty plea and then getting off scott free for time already served. Who wouldn't plead guilty to get the hell out of the mess he's in. I live down the road from his dad's house, it's pretty wierd.
Too bad DiGiuro didn't have any true friends to count on when the chips are down. If someone shot one of my best long time friends and got out on a technicality or plea deal, that person would disappear.
