I'm just so worried about how our country will fall apart when the dems take control of the ex. office. Not to mention the morality of our society.

I'm with you on this. Karl Rove is being called "the man who destroyed the Republican party." I think it's a bit early to declare the Republican party in ruins, but the backlash of his corrupt, anti-democratic approach certainly isn't helping them.
The political pendulum will swing (unfortunately) back to the far left.
"Far left"? Far left is things like the nationalizing of industries, requiring union membership by law and the implementation of wide-spread price controls. Even the most "left-wing" candidates anyone has heard of (like Kusinich and Nader) aren't vaguely suggesting these sorts of things. Sure there are a few true far-left crackpots out there, none of them have any real influence on American politics.
There
is a very real "hard right" in America doing things like using the government to implement a particular religion, repealing basic rights like habeas corpus or freedom from unwaranted domestic spying in the same of state power, or illegally invading countries.
Whether you use the history of American politics or the spectrum of current first world politics as the reference point, there is no far left in America currently. The current national Democratic party spans from
center right to slightly left. When the Democratic party calls for the federal government to take over Boeing or setting a retail price control on milk, you'll have a leg to stand on about "far left".
That's another thing Cheney and his allies have done brilliantly - they've made America so dark that a dim candle seems blindingly bright...

why does everyone hate the American military? the right will throw out the neocon debacle and win the next election because Hillary will galvanize the nation against her and her small backing ( I hope) O-I-L we're in Iraq because its gonna be easier to attack Iran from next door(s) drop your cocks and grab your socks because this shit has just gotten started

I hate the American Military commanders for their awful fashion sense. They need to make the soldiers wear nice, bright colors in summer with some exposed skin and a youthful blush to their tan. Instead the commanders are forcing their soldiers to wear bulky armor and get blown up by insurgents that people like Cheney didn't expect to appear in a post invasion Iraq. I hate the American Military commanders for putting them into this stupid clusterfuck of a war and I hate the stupid motherfuckers that thought it was a good idea to invade Iraq in the first place. Yes, I mean YOU.

I just heard on NPR (yeah, I listen to NPR- what about it?) that Hillary has the support of married women. They are the most sensible demographic out there, and that is why she will win.

Dude, I like her and I would vote for her. She might make a great president but no way in hell can she win (in my opinion). She has been enemy number one with the talk radio crowd for over a decade. That is a demographic of true believers that accounts for 35-40% of the total voting population and they are the most politically active group in the country. Listen to these people say her name and you will detect a sort of hissing sound as they pronounce every syllable (HEEL AR REE CLIN TON). Anyway, I think the deck has really been loaded against her, and my greatest fear is that if she gets the nomination then it could indicate 4 more years of republican rule in the executive branch. So make sure to vote White Male. This will maintain balance in the universe and retain the old status quo (which I have benefited greatly from and have no desire to see go away).
And finally, Lurkist I guess you have outed yourself as a gaywad by admitting to listening to that NPR crap. However, for a gaywad you sure found an interesting little video for us to ponder. I guess you stopped chugging c**ks and got up off of your knees for at least a few minutes. Great job now get back to work.

In part because Bush Cronies own the majority of the radio staions. There aren't hundreds of independant stations anymore, most are Clearchannel, Viacom, etc. Many cases of DJ's being fired for speaking out against Bush during his initial reign of terror.

funny how everyone lashes out at radio that can pay for itself by being profitable ie. has support of people who will pay to advertise etc. because people are listening, the libs have dominated MSM for decades and the newspaper and nightly news are struggling because vast numbers of intelligent folk are calling them out for the frauds they are. Whats come of the democrud roll in the last election, lets see, oh yea, nothing, no leadership (pelowpole) no vision (the hole lot) and hence no progression. strange? no, reality. take a bite and suck on it> you've been had ladies and once again the jokes on you

What's happened to our radio stations is just awful. Radio stations have always been profitable. The problem is when you allow the ownership to be distributed nationwide. The Clear Channel et. al. stations are only more profitable than the stations were before they were bought was because the production has been centralized in one location. All the stations are saying the same thing. There is no-one sitting behind a microphone in your area. You're hearing a feed of someone in Denver or L.A. that does not know who your mayor is or what your court square looks like. It's not good. Those companies made money locally and served the community. The fact that some people are wealthy enough to force their sale does not mean they're doing a better job. Wal Mart does not equal better stuff, it equals more crap.
