Mboss, Kurt's message is basically that you don't have to let go of that liberal idealistic youth. It doesn't matter how the rest of the world wants to operate. You can still fart around and make money doing it. You don't have join the neocons. You will have more fun and live longer if you take life a little less seriously. I like to think that there is a bit of KV in the way Google does business and treats their employees, at least in the early days--not sure if that has morphed into something ungly.
