running in Louisville with Dana = stupendous amounts of fun, will make you want to move cities.....
ok fine, maybe I just really want a running buddy. residents in med school make for crappy exercise buddies.

But running makes you stronger for running. Not for climbing. ESPECIALLY not at the Red... and even more so not for single pitch sport climbs.
