I have a nice ticklist printed up with little boxes that I can check off when I send things. Yay!

emerge from semi-retirement 20 pounds heavier than entering semi-retirement.(buy myself a new fat-man harness) start climbing again in doors sometime this year and then maybe climb some 5.11's outside before the end of the year.

If I manage to get through a year without injury then maybe I will consider re-thinking that whole "God" thing...

aim high

Keep living without tendinitis, avoid trauma, embrace the chuff. Bike more, paddle more, travel more.

And on a personal level try and finally get my shit together.

Aim high is right!
